Work is underway to replace every single light fixture in all five of our school buildings as part of the district-wide Energy Performance Contract (EPC) with Trane Technologies. Upgrades and other construction under an EPC do not require a tax increase or any out-of-pocket costs. All EPC projects are fully funded by the guaranteed energy savings that the upgrades will yield over time — $145,000 annually.
In all, the district’s EPC will fund $3.1 million worth of upgrades throughout the district, at no cost to the taxpayers. Learn more
