The second-grade students at George L. Cooke Elementary School have been learning about community jobs. So, Mrs. Sutton & Mrs. Belgiovene thought out of the box for their remote learners and decided to take them on a virtual tour of a mail truck. Mrs. Sutton stood next to the mail truck to demonstrate the size of the mail truck compared to the size of a person. Students also learned how organized a mail person needs to be in order to deliver everyone’s mail. They really enjoyed seeing all of the great Halloween decorations on USPS worker Diana Talmadge’s mail truck and would like to thank her for the tour and time.
