Nathan Borko and Alex Dietz celebrated as OCIAA Scholar Athletes

Congratulations to Monticello High School seniors Nathan Borko and Alex Dietz, who were honored at the annual OCIAA Scholar Athlete Breakfast on Thursday, June 6 at Otterkill Country Club. This annual award is presented by the OCIAA to one female and one male student from each OCIAA school, who ranks in the top 20 percent of his or her class, participates in at least one varsity sport, and is an above-average athlete who demonstrates outstanding citizenship.

Nathan is  a four-year varsity athlete in both baseball and boys soccer and will be heading to the University of Alabama to study exercise science. 
Alex is a four-year varsity athlete in girls soccer, a 3 year varsity athlete in girls basketball, a 2 year varsity athlete in track and field and a one year athlete in softball. Alex will be studying nursing at SUNY Brockport in the fall.
