Welcome to the Class of 2025 page where seniors and their families can get important updates and information throughout this busy and final year of high school!

Students: Please make sure you are in the “Class of 2025, Senior Class” team on TEAMS and that you have not hidden the team or its notifications. It will be important to stay updated and aware of the information provided. Class Advisor: Ms. Hurley, mhurley@k12mcsd.net

MHS Senior Prom

When: Thursday, May 1

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Pictures and Promenade (MHS Seniors and their guests will walk the courtyard) at MHS, all MHS Senior Families are welcome.
 
5:15 p.m.- Depart for venue
Venue- West Hills Country Club- 121 Golf Links Rd, Middletown, NY (6pm Mocktail Hour) 

Theme- Golden Gala
 
Important Information:

  1. Tickets go on sale on April 10th. $135.00 per person
  2. All students must be academically eligible to attend.
  3. There are no refunds after April 24th.
  4. Tickets are on sale until April 23rd.
  5. Cash, Check or Money Order (payable to MHS Class of 2025)
  6. Ms. Hurley will be selling tickets between Rooms 223/227 from 7:15-7:30am, Period One (first 15 minutes), Period Nine (first 15 minutes) or after school at 2:20pm. You must have a pass during the school day to purchase tickets.
  7. Any guests attending MHS must complete a Guest Form as do any guests attending another high school. No guests over the age of 20 are permitted.
  8. No students or guests are allowed to drive to the venue. Students may leave a vehicle in lower lot of MHS. Students must take one of the buses provided by MHS, be dropped off at venue by a parent or guardian ONLY or be dropped off by a hired driver in a registered livery vehicle.
  9. If the ticket price is a barrier for anyone wanting to attend the prom, please see Ms. Hurley immediately.
  10. Survey on TEAMS to select menu items. The survey closes Friday 04/04 at 3pm.
  11. All students must be in school on May 1st from their assigned arrival time until 11 a.m. If not in school until 11 a.m., the student will not be allowed to attend the prom. Students must submit a written note from parent/guardian to the Main Office by April 30th giving permission to leave early. No emails, no phone calls.
  12. All AM BOCES students must report to Main office of MHS after BOCES to sign in and may leave after signing in, but no earlier than 11am. Students attending Public Safety/AM BOCES, must see Ms. Hurley immediately.

Senior Class Trip Grad Nite 

Six Flags Great Adventure Grad Nite offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences like world class coasters, a DJ, high-energy dance area, and a mega meal deal. 
Friday, June 6th- Saturday June 7th

Upon arrival at hotel, snacks and drinks provided for each room
Grad Nite Party at Six Flags Great Adventure- Private event open to high school seniors only until 1am
Saturday
Breakfast at hotel
Lunch cruise at the Jersey Shore
Price includes- all meals, refill souvenir cup, hotel accommodations (based on quadruple occupancy), motorcoach transportation, admission to Six Flags
Price based on 100 students- $415.00
Fundraising for your senior trip begins October 1st- there will be multiple opportunities to pay for entire trip through fundraising.
Trip Contracts & Permission Slips will be distributed by October 15th. See Ms. Hurley in 227/223 or at mhurley@k12mcsd.net with any questions. 

Class of 2025 Calendar 

APRIL

9thProm tickets go on sale, $135.00. See Ms. Hurley’s post on TEAM about where & when to purchase during the school day. and after school. 

10th– Cap & Gown Fitting, PM BOCES students will be fit at later date. Can opt to borrow gown at no cost. Will have to purchase tassel, MHS stole and cap. 

14th-21st– Spring Break 

23rd– Last day to purchase Prom Tickets. No refunds after this date. 

23rd Fundraiser due- Mother’s Day Hanging Basket of Flowers ($ and completed form in envelope submitted to Ms. Hurley)

24th Full Day Senior Advisory- Seniors will not be attending BOCES – wear gear or an outfit that reflects your next step- your college of choice or workforce goal for the Fall. 

All 12th graders must attend and remain on campus for the full school day.

  5. PM BOCES will have cap & gown fitting, Mural Team will paint, all others will report to Field for Ultimate frisbee Tournament. PM BOCES can join Ultimate Frisbee Tournament after their fitting. All Class of 2025 Graduate Lawn Signs will be distributed as well.

          1st – Senior Prom- 4pm at MHS, 6-m at West Hills

          2nd– Final Balance for Senior Class Trip is due

          5th & 6th– Spring Concert 

          5th-9th– SPIRIT WEEK

          7th– SUNY Sullivan drop-in FAFSA Workshop: 5pm-7pm – 112 College Rd

          Ticket Distribution to take place at rehearsal(6 per student in total, 6 for outdoor ceremony and if moved indoors, those same 6 tickets will be 2 for auditorium and 4 for cafe if indoors). 

          28th– GRADUATION, 10am, graduates need to report by 9am
