On March 5, the Monticello High School Robotics Club visited the VEX V5 Robotics Competition in Syracuse. The students got to witness the event and learn the dynamics of the competition so they can prepare to enter the next one. They are preparing to compete in the Fall 2025 competition when it is announced and can use what they learned to inspire and guide their ideas. The club meets every Monday after school in room 111. Any high school students who are interested in joining the club can speak with the advisors Mr. Eric Shewmaker and Ms. Kiowa Garcia or come to the meeting.
