On Saturday, May 11, the Monticello High School Chamber Singers, under the direction of Mrs. Marissa Jurow, performed at the “Music in the Parks” ensemble festival at Hershey Park, where they placed 2nd and received a Superior Distinction. The festival is held annually across the United States. Music groups perform before adjudicators who rate the ensemble in the morning, and then spend the day at an amusement park. The day culminates with an awards ceremony. Congratulations to our distinguished vocal performers!
