On Tuesday Oct. 29, high school students from Ms. Haylett’s senior string ensemble  and Ms. Wheelers’ dance group put on an inspiring performance for all students at Kenneth L. Rutherford. This special event aimed to introduce younger students to the vibrant performing arts opportunities available within our district.

The high school orchestra captivated the audience with an array of musical pieces, while the dance group delivered an energetic performance. The event, which was open to the entire Kenneth L. Rutherford Elementary student body, offered a memorable glimpse into the diverse creative paths that await students as they continue their education.

By sharing their talents, our high school performers not only entertained but also encouraged a new generation of aspiring musicians and dancers. A big thank you to Principal Serrano, Ms. Haylett, Ms. Wheeler, and all the students who made this event a resounding success!
