Payment Due Date:

Payments are due on the 15th of each month for the following month’s tuition (i.e. August 15th for the month of September) and are based on a full-year price that takes into consideration Holidays, school breaks, and no school days therefore we do not give credits for days the program is not in session.

Financial Assistance is Available:

The increased rates are attributable to a reduction in New York State Empire Program Funding. In the past, these funds have made it possible for the district to more fully subsidize the cost of the extended day program, but given the reductions in aid, it is no longer sustainable for the district to do so.

Although the Empire funding has decreased, the state has increased funding to expand access to childcare, including significantly raising the income level eligibility for families to receive financial assistance for childcare. This assistance can be used to offset the tuition costs of the Healthy Kids Extended Day program.

Updated Income Levels:

Family of 2 $73,869.56 annual income

Family of 3 $91,250.63 annual income

Family of 4 $108,631.70 annual income

Family of 5 $126,012.77 annual income
