On Wednesday, May 8, fourth-grade Monticello Central School District students traveled to Monticello High School to attend the “What Instrument Shall I Play” recruitment assembly. This annual assembly introduces the young students to the music ensemble opportunities available to them beginning in fifth grade.
Each of the MHS performing groups provided a preview of their available instruments and performed some of their exciting spring concert repertoire. Further recruitment will be taking place over the next few weeks at the individual building level.
