Want to become a teacher, but not sure where to start? 

TEACH New York (TeachNY) is a teacher recruitment initiative led by the New York State Education Department. Its aim is to enhance the perception of teaching as a profession and attract new talent. TeachNY uses an online platform and various programs to inspire potential teachers and guide them through certification processes. TeachNY collaborates with educator preparation programs, local education agencies and other education organizations to recruit a diverse range of educators. The initiative provides tools, resources and support without cost to partners, funded by national and local foundations.
