Monticello Teachers Association will host 7th annual Tinsel Trot on Dec. 11

The Monticello Teachers Association (MTA) will host its 7th-annual Tinsel Trot 5K Fun Run on Saturday, Dec. 11 at 10 a.m. in Rock Hill. KLR’s Backpack Program needs your help

The Kenneth L. Rutherford Elementary School is accepting donations for its “Backpack Program” which helps feed students at risk for hunger. Students who participate in the program receive a backpack filled with food each Friday to sustain them over the weekend. The program is accepting donations of non-perishable food items, toiletries, and cash. COVID-19 Testing COVID-19 testing of Monticello CSD staff and contractors began on October 25, 2021.  All staff and contracted service providers must be tested weekly unless they provide proof of vaccination.  Vaccinated staff can still opt for testing.
