The Monticello Performing Arts Department presents: The Nutcracker, with music by Pytor Illyich Tchaikovsky on Friday, Dec. 15 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the A.P. Hughs Auditorium at Monticello High School. The event is free, and the snow date will be Monday, Dec. 18

St. John Street Community Preschool and EPIC to host free holiday event on Dec. 15
