Investigation reveals that social media post did not originate in Monticello

Late on Dec. 15, law enforcement and the Monticello Central School District became aware of an additional post with threatening content circulating on social media. Law enforcement agencies investigated and determined that the post did not originate in Monticello. The district is open on Dec. 16 as planned.
