“The final huddle” will honor Panther Joe Salthouse

During the Panther Pride celebration on Sept. 7, there will be a balloon release and vigil in honor of Joe Salthouse. The commemoration will take place on the Monticello High School football field, after the completion of the football game, which begins at 1:30 p.m.
