MHS Food Drive underway; donations requested, help is available

Monticello High School’s Food Drive is underway. We are seeking donations in order to provide Thanksgiving Dinner for 125 families in our local community. MHS is working in conjunction with the United Way. If you or someone you know would benefit from having their meal provided, please reach out to the United Way to reserve your dinner. When you call, you can also put your family on the list for our Toy Drive. Monticello High School will be sponsoring 100 families with holiday/winter items and raising funds to provide a stocking stuffed with goodies for all of the district’s Pre-K students. For questions or clarifications about the MHS Food or Toy Drive contact, Ms. Hurley at mhurley@k12mcsd.net
Please contact the United Way at 845-794-1771 to add your family to the list for Thanksgiving Dinner and the Toy Drive. Pick up for Thanksgiving Dinner will be on November 26, 2024 at the Ted Stroebele Recreation Center Neighborhood Facility located at 10 Jefferson St in Monticello between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. (if you need alternate hours for pick up, please contact The United Way).
