Students at the Emma C. Chase Elementary School combined academic success with community engagement all month long! Students created STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art and Math) projects that embraced the complete meaning of the acronym.
School Media Specialist Patti Andersen organized activities for the students to participate in, invited parents, and a STREAM night was created! Students and their families attended the event, which also featured a SEW (Social Emotional Wellness) table to help parents understand the role of the program at the school. Congratulations to Noah Fello and Brooke Benjamin, who were the winners in the contest for the project that most embodied the meaning of STREAM.
