Voters approve 2024-25 budget and capital project; elect three to Board of Education

The unofficial results of the May 21 budget vote and Board of Education election are as follows: 

Proposition 1—Budget approved, 598-243 (71%)

Proposition 2—Capital project approved, 615-230 (73%)

Board of Education election:

For Todd Grodin’s Seat: Todd Grodin: 510

Write-in Candidates: 33

For Tim Crumley’s Seat: Tim Crumley: 539

Write-in Candidates: 85

For Lynka Rivera’s Seat: Meghan Stalter: 553

Write-in Candidates: 12

“On behalf of the Board of Education, we are extremely grateful for the voters’ support in approving our proposed budget and capital project,” Superintendent of Schools Dr. Matthew Evans said.  “Congratulations to Tim Crumley and Todd Grodin on their re-elections, and Meghan Stalter on her election to the Board of Education.”

Please note these results are unofficial, pending certification by the Board of Education at the May 22 meeting.
