On Saturday, Feb. 25, Monticello Senior hurdler Taina DeJesus placed second in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.91 seconds at the Indoor Track State Qualifiers at the Armory in New York City. Taina has earned a spot in the New York State Championships this Saturday at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island.
