On the evening of Monday, Nov. 21, a school bus transporting students from Monticello High School hit a deer. Out of an abundance of caution, law enforcement and EMS services are on the scene responding. The district has not received any reports of injuries. The families of the impacted students are being contacted directly by district staff.
