Sixth-grade students will visit RJK Middle School in March - see schedule

Dear 6^th Grade Families,

We are excited to announce that during the month of March, the 6^th graders will be visiting the RJK Middle School. Following the chart below, students will be bused from SJS to RJK for a tour, lunch and more! The buses will be leaving SJS at 9:30am.

During the day, the 6^th graders will be working in the library to complete a research project related to their current curriculum. They will have the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt and take a tour of the building which will be guided by National Junior Honor Society Students. While at RJK, the 6^th graders will work with school counselors on the Naviance Program which will begin their career readiness.

Students will be dismissed from RJK at the regular time. If you usually pick your child up from school, please drive around to the RJK back parking lot and your child will be escorted to you. If your child walks home from SJS, they will be bused back to SJS and will walk home thereafter.
