The Sullivan County Youth Bureau will be hosting a Safe Halloween Trick or Treat event for children and families on Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm outside of the Sullivan County Government Center located at 100 North Street in Monticello, New York. This event is free and open to all children and families that reside in Sullivan County.
