Cooke families: please review, and return signed sheets

On Monday, Sept. 20, all Cooke students were sent home with signature sheets for the district’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Device Responsibility Form.

Please review each of these agreements online at the following links and, after reviewing, return the signed form in your child’s backpack as soon as possible.

If you did not receive a sign-off form for the AUP, you may download and print it here. The Device Responsibility Form linked above includes a sign-off sheet. Both sheets must be returned to your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
