Jessica DiFrenza’s students at the St. John Street preschool had a special visit from members of the Village of Monticello’s Sanitation Department. The team stopped by the school to show students the truck, demonstrating how garbage is crushed, and explaining why littering is bad. Special thanks to SJS aide Jessica Pasupuleti for coordinating the visit!
The Monticello High School guitar and classroom music program visited the Newark High School for the Arts to hear Berta Rojas perform classical guitar repertoire and teach a masterclass. Earlier today, administrators became aware of vandalism in boys bathrooms at Monticello High School that contained antisemitic imagery and remarks.
