11 MHS students recognized as Students of Distinction

On January 30, 2025, in the high school library, eleven students were recognized as Monticello High School (MHS) Students of Distinction for the second quarter. The Monticello Student of Distinction Award was created to recognize and award students who demonstrate behavior and/or achievement above and beyond expectations.  These students were nominated by their teachers and were chosen among several nominees to receive this quarter’s award. Each student is celebrated today and will be celebrated throughout the school year. They are a shining example of excellence in our school community.
