The Monticello High School Chapter of National Honor Society held a ceremony to induct new members of the senior class on Monday, Oct. 21 in an intimate ceremony held in the high school auditorium. Principal Gorr made opening remarks and Mary Ellen Hurley was the guest speaker who spoke on one of the core NHS pillars, leadership. National Honor Society advisor, Jeanine Nielsen and the current members carried out the ceremony which recognized eleven new students.
