The Panther Pride Ride takes off on Sept. 2

Before the kids start going to school, the school is coming to them!

The fourth-annual “Panther Pride Ride” takes off on Saturday, September 2 at 10 a.m.

District representatives will board a MCSD school bus and make several stops throughout the community to give you an opportunity to talk to the superintendent, principals and teachers and, of course, meet the Monticello Panther!

Monticello students and families - come on down to any of the following sites* on Saturday, Sept. 2 to say hi to your teachers, staff and mascot! It has been a long summer and we sure have missed all of you!

  • 10 a.m. - Sleepy Hollow

  • 10:15 a.m. -  Monticello Meadows

  • 10:35 a.m. -  Monticello Housing Authority

  • 10:55 a.m. - Harmony Lane/Dollard Drive

  • 11:30 a.m.  - Emerald Green Pool

  • 1 p.m. - Monticello High School - Panther Pride BBQ!

The Pride Ride is a fun way to get students excited about returning to school and will culminate with the Panther Pride BBQ that same day at noon at the Monticello High School.

The start of the school is year almost here. It’s almost time to get on the bus! We can’t wait to see you on the second!
