Student created ornaments using recycled materialsIt’s beginning to look a lot like recycling

 Where some see used plastic and Popsicle sticks, Cooke Elementary students see poinsettia plants and a baby deer.

In an effort to remind others to "reduce, reuse and recycle" during the holidays, students have made holiday ornaments out of recyclable ornaments that their teachers have saved throughout the season.

Speech teacher Cristina Escott delivered the ornaments to the Sullivan County Adult Care Center, Achieve Rehab Facility in Liberty and Milford Senior Care Center.
